Mini DVD Replication (1.4GB)

Note: All prices include glass master and stamper, film charges, replication, and 5-Color (full color) silkscreen / offset printing directly onto the disc. There is absolutely NO extra charge except for shipping. There is no need to provide DLT tapes for CSS copy protection. A master on DVD-R will be good enough for us to add the CSS copy protection for you.

3-inch Mini DVD is in the size of a mini disk. It is ideal for mass mailing or as magazine insert. With 1.4GB, mini disk DVD can hold about 30-minute of quality video. A great promotional item for marketing and instructional video.

Mini DVD is compatible with all the DVD players on the market. It can fit into the smaller inner tray of any regular DVD player.

LEAD-TIME for Mini DVD Replication is about 10 working days. But let us know if you need your order sooner, we will try our best to expedite for you without rush fees.

Warning: Mini DVD's CANNOT be used in most slit-loading devices such as car stereo and some iMacs. But on most tray-loading DVD devices there are two "wells"; one sized for a normal DVD, and a smaller, deeper well for Mini DVD's. CD devices that feature an opening lid have no problem with Mini DVD's, as the disc can simply be placed onto the spindle such as a normal DVD.

How To Order:

We accept either playable DVD-R or DLT Tape as master for your DVD replication order. This applies to orders that need CSS or without CSS.

Download the Artwork Template(s) listed below the product picture to design your artwork(s). You will need either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator to open the template. If you use non-standard fonts please send us the font files as well.

If you don't have either Photoshop or Illustrator, send us a TIFF, BMP, or JPG file that conforms to the following specifications:

1. 300 dpi,
2. CMYK mode,
3. Artwork diameter is 78mm. The inner non-printable area diameter is 23mm.

Burn the finished artwork on a CD then send it together with the DVD master or the DLT tape. You can also send us the artwork electronically to sales@newcyberian.com by using www.yousendit.com.If you choose to send us the content electronically, try to create a disc image in ISO, NERO, Toast, or other compatible formats.
